Trainer is walking (jogging) but not looting on pokestops or catching Pokemon

Any idea why?

Can be limit on Pokeballs (Settings- Pokestop - "Skip Pokestop if we have more then XX" and "Skip Pokestop if loots are > XX in last hour").
Or riched limit of pokemons (Settings-Catchig-Catching Strategy - Skip Pokemon if caughts are > XX in last hour).

Its better to put your questions in section "support".
