Traderunner suspected user removal broken

Hey guys, nobody's replying to the Traderunner page so i though i might try my luck here.

Traderunner's suspected user removal seems to be broken.

Currently running a Firran (so im in Haranya). When there's suspected user debuff, character teleports to Austera, but stands there at portal and refuses to go to judge or prove innocence.
(yes, i have set up my mount, checked all my settings. Trade runs are working perfectly fine, it just doesn't prove innocence to judge and gets stuck in Austera)

anyone else have the same problem?

in the other Faction, its teleport to Marianople but move around Judge but no go in
