Town run is throwing everything away?

I just ran an Act 1 bounty profile over night and I woke up to only 2 legendaries, a hand full of gems and only 4 rift key stones. Meaning the run completed less than 1 full bounty run in 10 hours apparently? I think for some reason the bot is just throwing everything away/selling/salvaging everything when I go to town? I can't find anything in the options that would make it do this however.
