Hb works for everyone else,its something on your setup that fails

why are you using VM if you have a native windows machine?

I saw the same problem happened to others before.

I use VMware to keep all my bot program. Some programs do not have a mouse hook. So i decided to use VM.

So can you tell me what exception it met? The Questlog? What happened to the questlog.
 
most likely it has to do with your VM setup,try without VM and let me know

Are you fully restarting your client (like exit the client, bnet, relogin)?

That error means your client is stuck in a state the bot cannot recover from (which tends to happen in this game for a lot of random reasons), but it should fix itself if you manually "go back" from whatever menu system you're in, or be restarting the client.
 
No, i was not doing anything to the client. I used Tankleader, Demonbuddy so I know what I need to do if i use bot. Only hb has this problem

It doesnt work either. I wasnt using VM. I found the problem in my desktop. I thought it might be OS problem or other conflict programs so I tried to use it in a VM.
