Just wondering from others, when an account is likely flagged for excessive auctions, would that be on an account level or character level?

For example - one AHBuddy character listing 500 auctions would probably get a flag.

But would 2 characters on the same account listing 250, or 5 characters listing 100 each incur a flag?

Obviously we don't know, just looking for thoughts!

Cheers :)

look at the top sellers on TUJ website and you'll see how many a legit person does

I was just looking at the stats on my AH toon. I've posted almost 73K auctions in the past 4 months...

Why do you think that for 500 aucs you'll be flagged?

There's an addon called TradeSkillMaster. With this addon even a "legal" player can do more than 1000 aucs per day. Just buy mats on AH, craft, post on AH and sell.

I am 100% sure there is more to how they flag an account. I'm pretty sure the flags have more to do with the ratios of time spent doing these tasks. If 99% of your time is mining and AH botting it flags based on weekly ratios etc.

Compared to someones main who does PVP, LFR and levels random shit has no issues posting 1000s of auctions daily. I do this all the time and haven't been banned in the 5+ years I've played WoW with my main.

My main is the middleman for all my botting accounts. A guild bank is used to filter and give me a tiny bit of leeway if they ever look at who is making gold. I don't sell gold. If I hit my gold cap I buy mounts and shit that my friends want and have them pay me cash for them.
