TortoiseSVN does not work. Please help.

So I bought Honorbuddy today and have been trying to set it up. I downloaded TortoiseSVN, but it does not work. I have been using this tut (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/guides/26031-guide-how-svn-jvidia.htmltut) to help me set up a profile. I get to 1:24 in the tut and it tells me to right click the folder I created for my SVN Data and click "SVN Checkout", but there is no "SVN Checkout" option. So I then went and tried to open TortoiseSVN and I get this error message:

Anyone know why this is?
Any alternatives to TortoiseSVN?

Any help will be much appreciated. I would really like to get this working as I do not want the money I spent on Honorbuddy to go to waste.

Uninstall and reinstall Tortise SVN. Also, make sure you're using the correct version IE x86 or x64.

I have already uninstalled and re-installed it twice. Sorry for that I should have stated that in my OP. And what do you mean by x86 and x64? I only see 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Please pardon my ignorance.

Try reinstalling it then reboot computer and see if it shows up on folders.

x64 = 64 bit
x86 = 32 bit

Tried uninstalling and re-installing again, no luck. Thank you Stormchasing for clarifying that for me. I have the right version (64-bit or x64) so that cannot be the problem.
