I have done bow builds in the past and it doesnt work well with EB or at least be prepared to die a lot. If you cant run the curse on blasphemy then you should set one of the ranged skill slots for split arrow and the other to TS. I believe single target ranged casts more frequently so I would put SA on AOE ranged (I could have those reversed so you have to experiment)
