Took me 4 days to begin T6 after going through the normal progression. All accounts have botted more than 300 hours, and yet, I have sadly not got the optimal gear, each miss several important stats/items which are BIS/Required.
So imo, no, it isn't worth it..

that is true, but botting hc is hopeless. You need to keep a close eye on the bot, you never know when it will go wrong. Or you must be very patient, and play 2, or better, 3 levels or more,, under what you could do in sc with the same stats.play hc and the game feels at least a little bit more rewarding

@TS sounds like you struggeld badly for T6
ive been botting t6 bounties and rifts for a month now, have most slots close to perfect ancient legendary. this game is rediculously easy to live in now with ancients, at least up to t6. getting legendary gems up to mid 30s is easy too
HC is as easy as normal, it simply is way slower because you cant just start in t1 and then fast go to t4-6 because you might could die
the Problem in hc is, that you garanteed will die to a random dc some time, and that sucks
but you will never die in HC for normal causes
