though sleep is over rated... 18 hours, that's a normal work day for some of us...

now depending on if you are add or not there are 2 schools of thought... either some high doses of sugar to calm you down if you are... or a nice NyQuill cocktail if you are not... might just be me, but i like to mix the 2... like an otc speedballing endeavor... ZOMBIFIED @.@
