toon waiting for object to spawn

It just says waiting for object to spawn nothing in debug log and no info loaded just goal: interacting with _____. im L58 and just loaded kicks 58-70 profile

reloaded profile behaviors, couldnt find shak questing but it started working, shak is downloaded jsut doesnt show up when u go to plugins
