Toon keeps going to Trade District Inn

i searched for this and couldnt find any info, i am using kicks A Quest 1- 12 currently and my toon keeps getting lost and flying to Trade District inn and its skipping Quests it use to do, and coming back to them at a later time it is alos constantly loading tiles
