The FAQ has a broken link to HonorbuddyInstallerWorkaround.exe -- Honorbuddy: FAQ / Solving Common Usage Problems - Buddy Wiki
My toon stands by the NPC and never picks up quest.. It just keeps flashing over and over again to accept, but never does.
Error from above remedy:
1) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2) If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I wasn't able to fix the issue via cache, reinstalling, restarting, deleting addon's.. I reverted the virtual machine to this mornings state which resolved the problem.
