Too many instaces, too many actions, stopping bot

I kept getting the error message too many instances cant create new. As well as the game logging me out because it says i performed too many actions too fast.
Any suggestions or ideas?

turn off low fps helper.

In the future, please attach a full log to help identify any other issues.

And yes, the low fps helper is only for a very specific set of users who run on VMs or frame limited systems. I'll make a post explaining it though, as a lot of people are misunderstanding that legacy plugin.
