Tons of "Battle.net Account Locked" Emails from account that was banned years ago...

Anyone else getting these? They arent going to spam, and all the links are legitimate battle.net links, none of the typical phishing style of "battle.net.stealyouaccountinfo.com".

However, I've literally been getting one every 3-5 hours for the past 3 or 4 days.

The account was banned many years ago from an account I botted on WoW with.

Just curious if Im alone in this experience.

Yeah, I am getting the same thing. Was really weird, at first I wasn't sure if someone was trying to get into my old accts, but I guess not.. [:

So I noticed I started getting about 1 every few weeks about 3 months after blizzards breach of security... I wonder if its related.

Slowly and steadily been getting more emails... Just got 3 in the past hour.

Be kinda funny if someone is trying to hack an account that is banned... haha


All emails (40+ since the 16th of Oct) begin with this paragraph

Due to an unusual change in your access pattern, the Battle.net account ***@***.com has been locked. This can be caused by logging in from a new location, but it may also signal an attempt to gain unauthorized access to your account.

blizz shits all messed up, e-mails are wrong from rmah, old emails, backed up ones

i wonder if they are trying to fix ANOTHER breach that they haven't led onto yet

it was a LONG time before blizz even admitted the first one, and even let some time slide after they found out
