Tol barad profile not working

I created a gatherbuddy profile in tol barad, when in the water the bot doesn't collect any of the herbs it just goes past them but it will collect herbs and ores on land.
It is set to collect the herbs in the settings.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be?

Ahh okay, I guess there is no way for me to gather Azshara's Veil anymore then apart from hoping for a drop from fishing and or trying to farm the 6 herb nodes in mount hyjal lol
