Greetings; I was wondering if I could inquire as to what issues have been reported in relation to the server - What is the current status and prognosis? Also please do not attempt to answer my question if you do not have access to the demonbuddy server - as you have no valid input here.

The problems persistence points towards an inexperience in server maintenance and operation - so I am wondering if bosslandGMB houses the server directly or if a company is contracted and has dedicated a server rack in part or whole to the buddy systems.

Apoc and bossland have not been very forward about this issue to my knowledge - yet I wonder what is so horrible that letting people know what's happening is more dangerous than a group of unhappy customers who want answers. The issues have been running over 3 days straight now - and I realize a small percentage of users are able to bot without much hassle - but the vast majority are experiencing these issues.

I try and mess around a bit; stir the pot for interest but this problem has lasted further than I initially anticipated.

I would like to know

What exactly the problem is thought to be
What exactly has been done (step by step - command by command) to fix this issue if applicable
Do you need assistance?
Is this the result of a firmware or hardware upgrade?
Is the issue something that can be worked on directly or is an outside company being contacted to try and fix the issue?
Has the server been updated in the last week?
If so have you tried reverting back to a former server state?
If not; why not - what reasoning could you have?
Why is there no information being made available other than working on it?
What could be so horribly wrong the community dare not be bothered with specifics or even generalities?
Will the server return at any point to its former state of working?
What are the plans and dates involved in fixing the server?
If the server cannot handle the load; and many errors placed to lower the traffic and block others out due to bandwidth concerns; how many more bans are required until we can enjoy a functional server again?
Is the server traffic too much as would be the logical progression of thought and inability to fix the issue?
Do you fear there will be too many chargebacks if the information is revealed?
Is bosslandgmb trying to move all associated funds out of buddy paypal in an attempt to avoid losses?
Is the server under DOS attack?
Is this a case of dirty/messy code which put us in this predicament?
Has the help of better seated coders been enlisted to fix the issue if so?
Has bosslandGMB spent any funds to try and fix this problem?

These questions boggle the mind; all in place because of a complete blackout and silence order in place - I would think otherwise but the information simply is not being made available to my knowledge; to the userbase - please direct me if I am incorrect.

I have seen these issues terrorize buddysystems and their products for over 72 consecutive hours causing several gaps in service - or at best service which is unreliable. Are there any plans to release the server information and values stored/retrieved so that we no longer need access or connectivity to BosslandGMB's server? What is the team currently trying to fix the issue; what are the plans - and above all what is the backup plan?

Typically companies are more vocal with their users about issues like this as to provide a higher quality of customer service - This leads me to believe there could be a very serious problem at hand.

Now I am grateful for the hours the bot has worked - I think we all are
But I am not very happy with the current state of things - my praise is given where and when warranted
but I cannot offer praise today for past success - I will offer plenty when I can return to baseline functionality

For our well being and to induce satiated states of mind - Could bossland take a moment to issue a statement regarding the server status?
I think it would be nice to offer the community a few words as to steady their minds. Please answer as many of the above questions as possible; it is ok to withhold information for the well being of the company in my eyes; but it is not okay to withhold everything.

That is the end of my support request; what will now follow are the insidious ideas creeping in my mind; a mind that which would be better served if i could put these probable conspiracies to rest-

I think the idea of fixing this issue is to let it play itself out and with enough time either many people will discontinue botting or be banned from purposely detectable recent releases as to at some point return the server to normal functionality due to the decrease of traffic (if the issue is traffic or bandwidth)

I think being silent with the matter reduces the amount of inevitable chargebacks in the case of an emergency and allows the collected funds to be withdrawn from the business and funneled as to avoid a substantial financial loss.

I think there may have been updates to the server and there is a stubborness present in a coder unwilling to see there work is of limited quality and that a reverting to a previous build is either A) impossible because there is no backup or B) a last resort due to the attachment of hours of work - this scenario revolves around the idea maybe someone just made a mistake and wants to desperately make it work as there is some necessity to do so.

These are not healthy thoughts or scenarios; these conspiracies come to fruition through the current environment and complete silence from bossland and apoc in relation to the issue. I would much rather rid myself of such crazy ideas but find so hard to do - as information is not being made available to me other than the issue is being worked on.

Now I realize my words may harm or otherwise put the buddyteam and bossland in a worse position as it may affect other peoples thinking - however I also believe this very situation makes it ever-so-more important and likely information will be released.

Could someone with access to the server and its current build please shed some light on the issue? Could the community be involved? There is a fantastic cross-section of professions and talent amongst the community perhaps someone could be of help.

Could some information be made available so that I and others can rest easier on the issue? Please? Again I prefer a response from someone who is actively working to fix the problem as opposed to someone who doesn't have access to the server or otherwise simply moderates or creates client side content.
