To the people who are currently facing CAS System Errors, here's how to fix it:

1) Open the BNet Launcher.
2) Highlight "World of Warcraft" in the left column, left-click the "Options" link just to the right of it and choose "Game Settings."
3) Under "World of Warcraft: Legion," check the "Additional command line arguments" box.
4) In the blank line that appears, enter -uid wow_engb and click "Done."

Thanks! I'v been struggling whole morning with stupid CAS error. I thought it had something to do with permissions/OS so i installed fresh win 7. Anyways, Im glad to have a working solution like this.
