greetings.
Not cool at all, I mean its kinda "overkill" when you had tons of lifetime keys and now you have nothing
I always said that we should buy more from store to help bossland for that % they get from store.
but supporting to being forced to "support pay" for a product you already bought its not cool
Its hard, specially when it happens from one day to another.
Noone said anything about bossland shutting archebuddy and they gave us a projected time from december and how things will be in this year. That Honesty even if its a ball crusher its good because It makes you understand.
MANY PEOPLE said "hey ok Im done with archeage" "ok no more investing there" etc etc
but this was NINJA like NINJA, no advice, no thinking time, surprise buttsex..
I love the idea, you re dealing with a sue and your doing everything to keep up
but could it be too much to ask discount for those of us that lost several keys with 3 sessions each one?
I mean I lost 5 lifetime keys with this when I was expecting to lose only Archebuddy.
You got to admit it was Ninja.. and most users are coming to forums because they think its a bug from HB.
Someone already said it "you need money then add a donation button".
I get it, from making your own code to recruiting your friends and then making a company its not easy
an it goes from just "feed myself" to "pay bills and to pay other". I GET IT.
It was not an actual good idea to sell "LIFETIME" keys .. that actually that was the main reason everyone
bought them. Cause it was too good to let it go.
I wont bash you for that because I like what you do, I like your work
but do not surprise us like that.
I had many expenses in this December like most and this January Im actually waiting for my check
and didnt expect this expense. Thats why in my case EVEN if I support that you charge again for keys, still I will ask if you could give us discount for our next "bot session key".
You guys too should have expenses right?
I wont insult you for what is disloyal because you need to survive but you are actually making fun of your clients. Plz bossland go to other post and check what your community developers are saying!
MOST of those lifetime keys where your first clients, you cant just say "Hey life is unfair"
or "this is an luxury item, if you do not have the money then you are out" because you do not encourage them to buy and support you.. you are actually encouraging them to Rage
Now support for dungeons again could make us be happy too.
Some other utilities etc.
for those who want to become developers of plugins, I hope you dont tag them like "troll" post
specially when Im not trolling.
A. Discount for our first next bought session (for those who lost more than one "lifetime" multiple session key)
B. More support for those who want to sell in your store and become developers
C. More payment methods if possible
D. Donation button for general bossland/HB
E. More time for things to happen after you do this kind of decisions
F. if we could buy a 3 session with different codes/keys because several times you get the message that its being used in the same region = closing HB.
I get it, you see us as clients not as friends
we are the clients in your boat, so we go in the same boat as you.
Just do not mistreat the people that actually care about the boat
I hope to get an answer specially about the C and F points.
