tmpFCBB.tmp.exe - System Error

I uninstalled old version and reinstall this new version after restarting my computer.

I get this error when attempting to open HB:

tmpFCBB.tmp.exe - System Error

The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Anybody have this same issue and know a fix?

**UPDATE**

For anybody who is having this issue - I found the fix on google.

Click on this link and check off all of the boxes and download/install.
