tmpcbe6.tmp.exe has stopped working

before this I was missing a dll file but I downloaded it and put it into my windows folders but now this message pops up. I'm using windows 8.1 btw

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Well I just done a factory restore on my pc and updated all my stuff but looking at my files I don't have either one of those you mentioned above I do have
- microsoft visual c++ 2013 redistributable x86 -12.0.30501
- microsoft visual c++ 2005 redistributable (x64) - <--I have 2 of these wtf?
- microsoft visual c++ 2005 redistributable (no x#)
