RESOLVED: TL still crashing while trying to add a tank to the garage

SOLUTION: You cannot use a shortcut to launch TankLeader (like the manual says)


I have a new install of Windows 7 plus all of the updates available in Windows update.
A new install of WoT (9.9) with no mods
The newest version of TankLeader 2.1 downloaded today
I ran the BuddyWizzard
I have reboot my PC many times

I still cannot add a tank to the garage in TankLeader, trying to crashes TankLeader.
