TL freeze or connetion to server lost

hi i have installed the newest TL

but when i start and have choosed my tank or tanks
it freeze or just waiting for server for mega long time
and nothing happens
ONLY one time i get i
in about 20 or 30 times

i have win 7 64 bit

i have windowsmode
i run as administrator
i have followed the guide in another tread

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

that help ONE time
and then the same problem again

it could be nice to get a NEW manual for TL for 2.0

but unbeliable to pay 4 such a crap program
