tips for reducing lag

I have recently reinstalled my hearthbuddy and have noticed that when playing zoo decks, it appears to lag and miss all minions attacking if there is 5+ minions i am controlling.

are the any minor fixes to this or settings i can play with in order to avoid missing out on all characters attacking?
