Timers and CAPTCHA

Got CAPTCHAd while the bot was evolving a bunch of Rattatas. Left the CAPTCHA up for like three hours accidentally.

The timers need to be fixed. The evolution timer has been an issue since day one, and now the transfer timer is broken too.

Edit: Also CAPTCHA do not show in the log.
