Time display on forum

Hello, does anybody know if I can change the time displayed on the forum posts? I'm in England and wondered if I can have the time shown in GMT? It's a little confusing not knowing when posts were posted because the time displayed is wrong for me.

Also, what actual time zone is it displayed on the posts?

Change timezone as you wish
