ticks per second

Same question I wondering it for a while I can't find it in any FAQ of honorbuddy.

What is it? Something about caching mesh but why? Can someone in details explain what it does when turned on and what's difference when turned off

Nothing to do with meshing, has to do with the speed at which the bot runs/cycles through it's commands ala the combat routine for example. 15tps is just like it sounds, 15 times through per second. Higher is more taxing on the computer but can sometimes offer some perfoemance benefit.

Ideally leave it at default but feel free to experiment. Won't break anything.

Really? what if I turn it off?

If your confusing ticks per second with "frame lock" ala enyo (the only thing I know of that allows you to "tick" anything related) then use hard lock if at all possible. It syncs the "ticks" with your framerate and allows for a much smoother running bot. Soft lock is a lighter weight alternative. Never use both.

Most pcs should handle hard lock and 15tps just fine and many combat routines are written with 15tps in mind anyhow.
