Ticks goes down to 0.62/s

Hey got a Poblem,

my D3 is lagging like hell. Normaly i have like 15 ticks/s. Now i got Problems and Ticks drops down to 0.62. And than D3 is lagging and Crashing at some Point.
What can i do?
