So I have a few accounts that are now perm banned, but i was successful enough to get some of them unbanned before that.

I know that a very frequent question is "How do i write a ticket that will work"
Since very few actually shares their successful tickets, for obvoius reasons, I decided i can share mine that worked on my accounts that are now dead.

Ticket nr.1 | Ban: Abuse of economy

Hello!
My account just got banned for a reason that i dont know.
I havent done anything wrong. Please help me: (


The email says "abuse of the economy" but i dont understand what that means.


Im sorry, i must sound like a noob. But i just want to play your game :/

Result: Unban

After a careful investigation of your account closure, we have agreed to remove the permanent suspension of your account from the World of Warcraft servers.

This change has already been put into effect, and your account should again be available for play.

Ticket nr.2 | Ban: Abuse of Economy (Same account as nr.1)

It looks like my account got banned, and I wish to appeal for the sole reason I think this is an error. I have, and will never, sell in-game currency as this has no interest for me: P


I like farming gold, and i like to save up large amounts of gold. And I like to give it away so. Which I might be the reason for this automated (?) Ban.
Please take a second look into this and im sure we can work it all out.

... And going over the logs again I can see that you were constantly using a 3rd party program to automate your character - L***um-actions and movement.

Hello!

I just came home from vacation only to find my account banned.
I think this is somehow related to resent the event of you getting hacked, as i had to change my password when trying to log in. (Maybe my account was compromised) I have also not received any mail from you about the situation of the account , which i find strange.


Im sure this is somehow a technical issue that can be easily resolved if you take a second look into this.

Ticket nr.4 | Ban: Using of 3rd pary program

Hi! Yeah... I just got banned for a reason i do not understand.
The mail i received said that my account had sold gold/in game items.
This is not right guys... True enough i am a gold fanatic and i love to farm. But i have not, nor will, sell any gold for real money.

I hope you understand that this is kind of frustrating for me, as i have done nothing wrong. This has to be a mistake.

What exactly is a "third party program"?
I have never sold any gold, or done anything to brake your TOS :/

And i still dont understand if my account has been locked or just been suspended.

In experience, dont be sincere. be as dumb as you can possibly be. If that doesnt work for you. Deny the accusations like your life is at stake.

Yeah Probably not the best idea to copy these tickets. This is, like i mentioned, only to "point you in the right direction"

Recently I received an email stating that my account has been banned from world of warcraft for "exploiting the economy". I read that this includes selling gold or participating in trading items for real life money. I have never sold gold, and I have not even traded any gold off of my character. I feel that you may have come to this conclusion incorrectly, and I hope to have a discussion with someone that hopefully leads to an unbanning of my account. I do not feel it was fair to ban me when I have never, and would never, participate in these kind of activities that greatly diminish the value, and experience, of playing an mmo. I look forward to a response, thank you.

I used this to get six accounts unbanned. Copy and pasted the same thing for all accounts.
