Threshold for Pokemon caught in a day without getting a ban?

Can someone tell me what is the threshold for the amount of Pokemon you can safely catch in a day, and also the amount of pokestops you can loot in a single day without getting a ban?
I know the bot has an automated kill switch, but as it's not currently working #I have no way to find it.
