So i need to know.
What should i use Proxy or VPN?
If Proxy, why what is the difference in security?
If Proxy, there are different http and https witch one.
I never used Proxy´s before, so i have 0 background.
I have VPN in use so far. But got banned multiple times.

This has nothing to do with logs. All i can tell you is don't bot on an account you're not willing to lose. Also if VPNs don't seem to work for you, then try out proxies.
