When I post a bug report, I get lots of negative comments, such as 'gtfo' and the above. I don't consider these responses to be:

b. user documentation
c. a stable product
d. helpful

Given the number of people downloading the product, and the massive increase in bug counts recently, I can only surmise that the programmers are busy snorting their earnings up their nose, and are losing too many brain cells to continue to maintain this product.
