wondering if suicide bots are banned on player reports. would reducing the consecutive hours botting lengthen the life of the bot.

example- if i bot 48 hours straight, then go level another pair of toons for the next 48. then go suicide for another 48. you think there is a chance of the account lasting 4-6 more days?

im just rambling. but it makes me curious. it will be awhile before i could test it.

really just looking for interesting stories from people with experience suicide botting.

good night HB

Accounts banned from Suicide Botting are almost always due to player reports. They come to the instance and see the bot going...report & kill your bot a couple times before they get bored and leave. This happens over and over until your acct racks up tons of player reports and the ban hammer comes. Of course reducing your bot times will, most likely, reduce player reports therefore reduce the chance of getting banned. Always be prepared to lose the account you bot on. All you can do is REDUCE your chance of getting banned. From personal experience, I've botted since cata and still have those bots up and running (botting 8-12 hours a day only).

i threw a couple accounts into grim batol this week to check them out. getting tired of farming my butt off and then having to spend hours shuffling the mats. professions are a little slow now that mats are on a daily cd with nothing much to shuffle. ive tried quite a few things and my servers markets for fish, meat, skins, ore and herbs are dead.

thought id give farming raw gold a shot. coming up on tuesday, ive been running 24h a day since the 7th. so im betting on them being banned when the servers come back up on tuesday. no matter what happens on tuesday, ive bought all the gear i need on my raiding toon for a 20usd investment. so im pleased.

I botted lost city of the Tol 'Vir the other day and stopped it after a few runs because of the legit players killing bots as they flew in and out. Just figured it too risky to farm there for me anyway. dunno what to do really.

coin farmers camp out tol'vir on my server as well. grim batol not as much. i guess it comes and goes.
