This version of FF14 is not yet supported

Hi guys.
I am living in Korea.

I just bought a key and it's not working properly ...

I'm getting this error message.
"This version of FF14 is not yet supported"
Is it because I am using a Korean client?

If you know the solution, I want you to respond.
Please, I need someone to help me.
