This version of FF14 is not yet supported

Downloaded the game today from the SE site. Tried to use my old key for Rebornbuddy, active until 2024, but getting an error upon trying to Login. Error message states: This version of FF14 is not yet supported.

I downloaded a compete new build of the program btw. Error log attached.

Yes, but I'm getting same error. Just thinking it needs a new update for expansion.
 
you use "combat assist" and yes all it does is attack for you. you handle all movement.


edit: keep in mind that only current routines will be supported. so no you won't be able to have the bot combat assist you while playing one of the 3 new classes. or any new skills earned on current classes.

I followed that link and set it up, opened the game, selected character, clicked rebornbuddy, it shows my serial number and it just disappears...
 
I'm getting the same error for the expansion. I don't think they did an update for the expansion yet. I can't do the Fates.

Are you using the latest Beta release? The initial Beta release (or two) wasn't working properly, but it should be now. If it's still not for you, please post a log if one is generated.

An official release is not ready yet. You'll need to grab the Beta, which has no movement allowed (Combat Assist only, basically). You can grab it from here:

I have the latest beta, the program itself never opens. After about 5 seconds i get a windows error. It says that windows is collecting more data, but the progress bar just sits there til i have to ex it out. i bought 3 day trial, never got it to work, so i just got the full RebornBuddy program about a week ago. I used/bought Honorbuddy and never had an issue... i know whatever it is i am doing wrong is isolated... I just need a hand, Im sorry for the grief!

Another ninjapatch was dropped by SE today, most likely latest beta got broken, we have to wait for word from Mashtag.
 
Ive tried newest versions of Beta and official release everyday for 5 days now. I think i have an isolated issue.. =/
 
Okay so I've gotten the program to actually open. Seem i did not have latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86). So yeah, Im a giant n00b... should have checked that 1st. Figured it work since it worked for Honorbuddy! lol, sorry yalls!
