In order for us to fully diagnose any faults we need to be able to read the entire log file for the active session where you experienced faults. It is not only important, it is critical you attach the log file in order for us to resolve this issue. Do not attach snippets or a partial log file as these are almost always lacking in the information we require to successfully address your issue. In the future you need to provide more information for us to offer you ANY support! From that little nugget of information we are not able to tell you anything other than what HB is already tell you "this profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character"

The most probable cause of that error are levels specified in this block of the profile:

<MinLevel>1</MinLevel>
<MaxLevel>86</MaxLevel>

Do make sure that those values are set adequately for your character (the example above will work for any).
