This might be a silly/stupid question.... regarding ticket support etc.

I'm going to guess here, its probably totally fine to put in support tickets live chat etc. without fear of being tagged for botting assuming you aren't doing it at the time, yea?

Asking because so far I haven't gotten some RaF rewards and it has been a week since I used up two tokens for it. I know the accounts are linked because I can summon etc.
 
I have the same issue, I'm terrified to open a ticket though, because they'll probably respond while I'm afk botting :P
 
There are plenty of reasons you might not respond to a GM chat. you could be busy, or tabbed out. GM's for game support are not game developers(usually) most are in a glorified call center. They can probably see about what your Bnet friends can. What toon your on, what lvl it is, and what zone you are in. THAT being said i have found Phone support people are different. I have had one actually log into one of my toons to check something out, i did have to log out of all my toons, they cant hijack it while your online. There are Devs/GM's that can. but the average customer support agent isn't going to probably even know how to play wow. Be smart though if you send in a complex issue, then i wouldn't risk getting a higher access lvl GM. but for most common problems youre cool. More than once i've ignored them just because i wasnt in a place to reply and they send you the "sorry we missed you" and respond to your ticket.
 
Just an FYI . The RAF friend rewards , you only can get them within 7 days if you purchase a 60 day wow card and put it on that account. Otherwise if you just buy seperate months you have to wait until the WoW time has expired and then you get the mounts.

Nope. Bought two tokens for gold and got them 8 days later. I just kept track of the date ordered wrong. Tokens are the same as wow gametime cards.

You should log in to your battlenet account and check the web site for the rewards. If I recall correctly - you can accept the rewards somewhere within the account settings.
