!!!SOLVED!!!

Hi, i got that error from yesterday, i can't into botting alreay one day from that.

I use last version of hb
I use previos version of hb
I set Region to "China", to "Europe", to "Best latency", on buddyauth and on local settings
I try use proxy
I try dont use proxy
I set google dns 8.8.8.8
I do ipconfig /flushdns
I monitor sessions on buddyauth.com nobody use my key.

How many keys do you have and how many sessions for the key. Each key ( including session ) are now Locked to a region meaning if you have a key and it allows 3 session all 3 will be locked the the region you assigned on hb launch or buddyauth. Meaning your key with 3 session cannot be used in Europe and us at the same time. You would need to purchase a new key or ask if they can give you 3 single session keys
 
It does not matter about sessions. There are people with 1 key that allows them to run 50 copy of hb. But if they wanted 25 sessions for us and 25 for Europe you could not do that because the key is locked to either us or Europe region for the first 25

They added regions to help with issues. There is an official post about it under news
 
Sessions are assigned to the key. From that drop down in the pic you linked if you select best latency the bot should also be set to best or whatever it switches to on buddy auth when it determines what the best would be. If buddy auth chooses your best is eu and your trying to set the bot to US it won't work because buddy auth already set it to eu
 
Problem solved, i see sessions on another portal, s1 stole my key ;]
