this issue won't leave me alone

I wrote many times about this issue and each time my post closed with no answer

the game drop to 10 fps when I enter combat using questing.. if I pull pull more 2 mobs they will kill me because of the low fps and the toon cant kill them

please I need help,, I formatted my PC just for this issue, and it still present

click "Settings and tools" and enable "use Framelocking" from your honorbuddy settings and see if that helps.

should I increase the number to 100 or decrease it to 4 ?
