Lol I wish nothing more than to be able to leave honorbuddy running without babysitting but it's just not doable. I mean, it is, but at the high cost of efficiency and maybe risking a ban.

Man you should've been there back in the day. I can't tell you how bad botting used to be and we still would run it afk for hours. I let a mage back in vanilla go for 3 days straight when i was on a weekend vacation once :)

Well it had DC'd and there was the classic red error in the middle of the login area. No idea why it happened. Just doing BG's.
 
I once forgot about my bot running my PB profile all night, had it set to farm only obsidium i checked it 12 hours later and it was still going, i looked in my guild bank and i had 6 tabs full of just obsidium, that was at the end of cata, i finally sold the last of the ore last week.

Don't know what you do when you are boting, but I put on a profile to do my dailies and then I level some character or profession.
I still find Kicks Questing pack to be 99% afkable. If not you are probably doing something wrong

If you have it setup right it is very viable to go afk when botting.. that is kinda the point
