I don't mean to complain, but ever since I purchased Honorbuddy I've had to baby it the entire time it runs. I can't stop looking at it for 10 minutes without it messing up/erroring in some way.

One of the main blockades that is stopping me from letting it be on it's own is its failure to pickup/turn in quests. The bot would constantly go up to a quest giver, attempt to get the quest, close the window, run back and try again. He would repeat this for the next 10 hours unless I intervened.

Another reason I have to watch it a lot is because it gets stuck... wayyyyy too much. Whether I'm using Instancebuddy or Honorboddy, the bot would somehow find a way to get stuck on something and not make any attempt to get unstuck, or for some reason he would walk to one spot, then walk back to the spot he was in before, jump, then go back to step one.

I tried Instancebuddy as a hopeful alternative that would grant me a ton of levels without me having to supervise, but even then the bot would glitch in some way. When it dies in an instance it doesn't release, and when I release it and have it run back it would sit next to the entrance of the instance and do nothing.

I won't post logs just yet, but I'm wondering if anybody else is having these problems, or is it just me?

InstanceBuddy when you download it tells you to only use it while monitoring it. And Questing is In BETA. If you want something you don't have to baby do Mixed mode. It grinds & pvps, Just make sure you download custom profiles for wsg.

An example of what happens if I'm not watching the bot. Before I wrote this post the bot was running around find, 5 minutes later after I've completed I found it doing this (it may appear like the bot is able to run to the spot it's trying to be in, but it's actually running against an invisible wall).

Questing is in BETA. Instancebuddy has a warning to only use it under supervision. Basically what Laso49 said.

questing is beta and buggy atm, instance buddy is not ment to be done afk. Grinding/pvp is the only true afk and even then.

Questing is very buggy atm, and you WILL get stuck on it. It should be used with supervision, same with Instancebuddy. I suggest Mixed mode.

haha, I just had an issue with those "huts" as well. Its a WOW problem not HB. if you or your target is under the tent and your not.. it will evade and still hit you. same goes if its backwards.

Blackspot these problem areas so in future it will avoid them.

This bot isn't perfect yet, questing only came out recently and if you look in the profile the maker will state that you will have to baby some quests

If you want an almost "no baby" bot, u gotta use the grind mode and grinding profiles

This has nothing to do with questing, this happens in every mode :p

Best example: Try grinding in Zangarmarsh, there are a few spots the bot gets always stuck until you blacklist them. :p

Wrong, Runkel Questing mode gets stuck a lot more often then Grinding mode does.

So, Questing uses another Pathfinding than Grinding? I dont think so.

Getting stuck can happen in all modes, it depends on the route the bot chooses.

No this is very very wrong. Grinding is nearly perfect, I have ran it more than 2 days straight :D. Just recently we had an issue where it wouldn't turn in quests, and I think it still re-appears sometimes. And Zangarmarsh grinding is fine for me, you must have a bad profile / cc.

The path has nothing to do with it, you can blackspot them the same in both profiles. The actual questing part, player level variables, heirlooms, all of it can throw it out of whack as well as stability issues.

getting stuck means that the profile master didn't include blackspots and should have

Precisely.

Of course it can happen more often in quest mode, because the bot has to travel at longer distances.

But there spots the bot can get stuck, and this has nothing to do with grinding or questing mode. :)

Maybe i misunderstand you all (in this case i apologize), its 5:00 am here and i think its time to go to bed :p

Good Night all! =)

It does happen more often in quest mode. That is what I was stating earlier and you tried to counter-dict me.
