Hey. I just bought a 3 day key for exilebuddy. I have read the User guide, but it does not seem to address this problem.


I have entered my key, and when it opens the exilebuddy GUI it comes up with the error in the title.


I have attached the log

I suppose it is down because of an update/Patch.

Will i get the days refunded?
 
I have the same problem. buy the key for one session, but I get the same message appears. any solution ??
 
Bought for a month to try 3 days does not work, it will be interesting compensation time?
 
Read the maintenance thread folks; the bot will be updated when Pushedx can ensure that we are safe as new cheat detection methods were introduced in the latest PoE patch. Regarding compensation time, have you contacted support with your concern? They have always helped me in the past.
 
I guess you didn't read the T&C? There will be unexpected downtime and it's not the developers' fault, so no compensation I guess.

You're wrong, 3 day trial usually get renewed if an unexpected downtime happens while the key is active, just send a message to the support and explain what's happening now, you'll probably get a new one when EB will be working.

Well, the other guy said he bought a 1 month key :C
