hellos adore the buddy bots! used them for three game so far~
Just a few questions about this one!

1. Does it matter what character class and build you do? (I want to make a summoner or ice witch. Maybe Ice Scion)
2. I read it does not do all bosses. which is fine for me. I am curious if I can have it farm one map over and over cleaning trash and gathering drops?
3. If I already have a lot of items in storage. would I need to clear all those out? And move scrolls and gems n stuffs to 3-4? So the bot can use tab 1?
4. Stability~ how stable is the bot? can I let it run for 3-4 hours at a time?

1. NOPE can run pretty much anything. Just think and use of a build that is simple to play. IE one or two skills and buffs.
2. There is the quest plug in and plug ins for the bosses so you can do all the bosses.
3. The number of items picked depends on pickit settings. If set default you will fill up very fast, there are a couple out there that help narrow that down to mostly usable gear. Rest it sells for currency.
4. Some people run much longer than me... I usually max out at 8 just because its more human like.

oh thanks Reganown! did not know about the looting settings!

ONE THING THO!
The bot will facetank everything. It will not keep the distance! Just so you know and are ready for that instead of thinking that you've done something wrong while setting it all up :]

Ps. Welcome to the community! Ds.

When the bot comes back up i'll post a routine with a somewhat advanced kiting that also takes into accoutn walls. Can't make it foolproof as there are dynamic objects + some tiles are really hard to deal with.
Also this game isn't like league of legends where you can cancel the animation of your "spells"/"attacks" to walk during the windup, so kiting actually make you lose dps. You need to remember that.

And that's precisely why I always prefer tanky melee builds.

I'll add something from myself:

3. As far as I am aware, you do not need to clean up your first tab and what not, the bot will use whatever space is in the stash. Also, the bot will stop and do nothing if both stash and inventory gets full and there is nothing to sell(bot has a plugin to do unid chaos recipe, that may fill your stash up pretty quickly if you dont have accessories prepared).
4. There is stuck detection, there is auto login so unless your game/bot crashes for some reason( which personally I have not experienced) it could probably run for days without any downtime.

Well it's rather logical that you lose dps, but still! Would be really awesome with some sort of kiting, especially vs. some stronger mobs :)
Since I'm doing an Arc-Bitch (Sorry for the language~~) it is not so fun to tank every single time hehe, but it works alrighty atleast! :)

It does not Facetank for me, yes if the mobs get near you, you wont move away, but it shoot mobs from far away, if they are able to then still get close range, yes, you will Facetank.

And, you can code yourself a Routine which will move away once mobs get close to you, we had that in past betas . . .

Yeah, exactly as I said but with different words but the same point :) (It facetank unless you kill it first, so yeah, it facetank)
I'm sure you guys with knowledge can code it, but it's not implented to keep distance (It will however attack at long range if you set that up, but the character wont move). So even tho I'm a Probie it feels like a good thing to tell a new player, so he might narrow down the options of builds a bit? :)

Edit: (NOT trying to be offensive now)

I did purchase this bot so that I myself do not have to do "much of the work". That's pretty much why I would put the car in an workshop too if I feel that I do not want to waste hours of frustration to fix some things hehe) (Doesn't mean I do that to change a breakpad etc, was just a simple example. I prefer to let the experts do their things hehe :)

Kudos to all of you Scripters! =)
