I'm trying to think of a reason to cont. to bot but can't. Most of the botted accounts are banned now.
It's not looking like these will ever be un-banned. The one's that are still botting strong, wel, i cannot log
them onto the phone because they will be banned imm. The same goes for using those account on NOX.
For what reason would one still want this? It can't be used for anything else then pokefarmer...
I love pokerfarmer but it's not really something you can play with so not sure what's the use of those anymore
Anyone feeling the same or am i wrong?..
 
I´m sort of too high leveled for the area I´m in (and so are my pokemon), so basically if I go taking over gyms I´ll be reported and banned. :rolleyes:
 
@Gnomerdoom just wait it out and come back in a month and see what the community is like.
 
I think every community that does what we do goes through these stages. It always survives, has a golden period, gets shit on again, and rinse/repeat.
 
I think once trades come, things will be different.

Also, did you try resetting your device id? That helps clear up issues with logging in...

Sometimes they do a device ID ban instead of an IP ban.
device id is a field that they send over as a part of the API calls.
Basically, if your phone can't log into any accounts, even when you can through nox or another device.
Then your device ID has been banned.

The easy fix is to reset your device id, which means you need to wipe and reset your phone.
You can also get some apps, if you are rooted, to spoof the device id and mac addresses. (which should also reset your ip on your provider's end).
 
Honestly, I wouldn't bother, are you truly going to use your account/s once you've gained a decent level, probably not, if anything, you'd only take gyms. With the hype dissipaiting you'll eventually see that this game is nothing more than a borefest of repetitive actions. Along with that, many players are disadvantaged, populated cities, populated with pokestops everywhere... smaller towns/cities, fewer pokemonstops with greater distance between them, meaning people are gaining levels quicker purely down to their geographic location.. Fuck that, who wants that disadvantage?
