They Won't Reverse The Ban

This is the first time I have been perma banned. I didn't even BOT that long. What is the next step to trying to get this account back? It was a fully paid for account. Monthly and all.

Here is what the reply said:

Thank you for your follow-up contact. An additional review of the previously communicated action taken against the World of Warcraft account (ACCOUNTNAME) on (EMAIL) has been completed. Unfortunately, we have confirmed our initial findings. The account action will not be reversed or amended.

We base all of our actions on the severity of the violation, and take previous violations into consideration. This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use) and our In-Game Policies (http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/policy), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to participation.

While we understand that you may disagree with some of the policies or conditions, the bottom line is that they allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment.

We hope this has resolved any concerns you may have had. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

I was using the beta build. Is it possible they actually detected the BOT? I have LogMeOut set to sign off if I am ported or get stuck for a long time. Damn, I had two 90s with a lot of stuff on them. This is jacked :(
 
Don't bot on an account you don't want to lose. And obviously, you had minimum of 1 prior suspension/reverted ban.

I don't think people want to lose any account. Second, I was not banned before so I am not sure what you are talking about.

Like I said originally, I hardly botted this time. There is something they detected and I am trying to get to the bottom of it before I start up a new account.
 
well what the hell did you Bot? at least try to make your ban report a bit useful.

did you do BGs, leveling, gatherbuddy, what? how many hours/day for how long
 
The tones in these posts are really starting to annoy me. Instead of jumping down my throat why don't you acknowledge what I am asking here and read. Also, I created a thread already with a full report. I am asking what else can I do to try and get the account back after a review.
 
lol full report....... you gave us the form letter they sent to show they were not going to overturn. You didn't even say if it was bot ban or a gold selling ban, no info what you were using other then honorbuddy. So what help can we give you?? and most of us that bot have throwaway accounts, might be a little bummed we lost it but not enough to get butt hurt over it.
