They started banning accounts even connected to battlenet tags

so never started the program on another window or anything like that ? i know they can ban for no reason, but this is hard to belive.
 
Program isnt even on my computer anymore. Im trying to get them to overturn it, literally did everything by hand, no bots, no nothing, banned by association.

EDIT: I know its not easy to believe, but I have nothing to gain by making this up. More of a heads up, what the fuck blizzard post.
 
hope they dont take my other accounts then :O just got hit my self 30-40 mins ago...
 
Yup. Was running studio 60 world quests and about 5 min after tripwire, they sent the email. Temp suspended.
 
looks like wow will be cheat free in a couple of months max if they keep it up like this. bot survided nothing more then 3 days before another small wave.
 
After speaking with them, instead of the usual WE ARE BLIZZARD FUCK YOU response, they are actually going to investigate it, I also noticed the banned triggered literally after I bought a token with my paypal account, that was associated with the other accounts, the second I hit pay the transaction wen through and the account screen said banned 182 days.
 
that might be it then :) mayebe i shuld change the email of my paypal before i start a legit account :P
 
same for me just now.......fresh account and ban hammer. I also bought a wow token but like you Bot isnt even on my computer anymore as well!!!!!
 
This is so retarded ... what if i bot on 2 accs on a PC / IP and my brother play Legit his account few hours after ? They simply bann him just for using the same PC o.O ?

They can ban even your local subnet. You just needs to make enough attention to them, like stream botting or similar silly move ;)
Yes, this is retarded, but the whole "ban for botting" policy is retarded as well.
