Not only are they horrible ideas for your account's security (well. aside from the fact that you're botting)

It puts everyone else that uses HB at risk as well

someone who knows a little about programming, GMs undoubtedly have to, can watch multiple of these things and figure out patterns.
I'm not the best programmer, or even the mediocre so I wouldn't know to what extent you can guesstimate from watching these streams but

I think generally, they shouldn't be allowed.

I do realize it can't be not "allowed," but should be discouraged at the least

it puts everyone at risk, not just you.

my two cents.

It only provides risk to the streamer, and then not much at all for him either if he does it right. Honestly if GM's wanted to study our patterns, they would grab the Blizzard credit card buy HB lifetime, download popular profile's and CC's and BANG!!!....not watch stupid streams hoping to learn something.

The streamers get paid when you watch their stream. That's why they do in my opinion.
Some might to do it to be praised.

Can anyone link a HB-stream? So I can watch someone elses bot while I bot myself and laugh when his stucks? :D

The streamers get 3 dollar per 1000-AD impressions ... Yea ... No ... There's no money to be had streaming a bot.
