Program says "logging in" forever. The it sticks on the next step for 5-10 minutes. Eventually after about 20min it appears to be ready but then the drop down menu is blank and has nothing to select.
I bought the program yesterday. It worked fine the first time I tried it. Since then I'm having no luck and I keep trying over and over.
