there is no profile loaded

how can i load a profile?
when i click in load profile i only have two choices:
from a web source and recent

i have donwnloaded 3 profiles in my computer and i have puted them in a profile folder inside demmonbuddy folder
i cant find the way to load this profiles
any help must be apreciated
