no they will respond with the copy/paste bullshit about violating terms and conditions without any other reason.
In short, they now, You know, they know that You know and they know that You know that they know. Why they should bother with talking to You ?
I have tried for the past couple days with no progress at all, just copy pasta responses. best thing you can do is let them know you are either: If paypal, charging back for fraudulent purchase, if by credit card, contact your CC company and reverse the charges, if bought at the store, take it back. They have no LEGAL right to remove your access with no reasoning at all. Yes it is against the EULA, but you will get your money back for the game.
