this is the message I keep getting everytime i try to log in. Any help?

So I updated my HB and now I'm getting :
You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy
Sorry I'm pretty new to all of this, so I have no clue hwat that means
